❓寶膚靈適合敏感肌嗎？
適合大多數敏感膚質使用，如對成分過敏請先查閱成分表或諮詢醫生。 Suitable for most sensitive skin. Please check ingredients or consult your doctor if you have allergies.
🛒如何購買產品？

💳支持哪些支付方式？

🚫有類固醇嗎？
寶膚靈不含類固醇，安全可靠。如有疑問請聯絡我們。 No steroids. Bao Fu Ling is safe and hormone-free.
❌結帳無法完成怎麼辦？
請確認資料正確，如仍無法結帳，請將電話、電郵及截圖發送至 service@baofuling.com，我們會協助您。 If checkout fails, email us your phone, email, and screenshot for help.
👤帳戶/訂單找不到怎麼辦？
請確認是否用正確電郵登入。如有疑問請聯絡客服協助查詢。 Check if you use correct email to log in. Contact support if needed.
🏨可以送到酒店嗎？
北京地區支持送貨到酒店，下單時請填寫詳細地址及聯絡方式。 Delivery to Beijing hotels supported. Please enter full hotel address and contact info.
🌏能寄到國外/中國臺灣省嗎？
支持全球配送，系統自動計算運費。中國臺灣省請填寫中文收件地址。如有疑問請聯絡客服。 Worldwide shipping available. Enter address, system calculates fee. Use Chinese address for Taiwan  Province, China. 台灣地區請務必填寫中文收件地址。
📦香港發貨用什麼快遞？
香港地區順豐快遞，約4-6天送達，支持自提櫃。
請使用中文地址以確保準確投遞。 SF Express in HK, usually 4-6 days. Smart lockers available. Use Chinese address for accurate delivery.
🕓為何未發貨？
工作日18:00前下單即日發貨，週末及公眾假期順延。運單號生成後會電郵通知，一般4-6天送達。 Orders made before 18:00 ship same day. Weekend/holidays ship next business day. Tracking sent by email.
